Who We Are

The Asempa Climate Focus Foundation (ACFF) is a public‑interest climate communication and action platform dedicated to explaining, elevating and enabling solutions to the climate crisis in Ghana. We connect science, policy, media and grassroots action – turning complex climate information into compelling stories, community programmes and measurable impact. ACFF is a non‑profit, non‑partisan company limited by guarantee registered in the Republic of Ghana and incorporated on 17 November 2024 under the auspices of the Multimedia Group Limited.

Our registered office is located at No. 1 Farrar Avenue, Adabraka, Accra with postal address P.O. Box 17202, Accra North.

A climate‑resilient Ghana where informed citizens, responsive leaders and empowered communities protect people, livelihoods and ecosystems.

Mission

To amplify climate awareness and accelerate community‑level adaptation and mitigation through credible journalism, strategic partnerships and practical programmes that improve lives – especially for vulnerable and underserved groups.

Kwasi Twum Koranteng
Kwasi Twum Koranteng

Board Member

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, The Multimedia Group. Kwasi spearheaded Ghana's largest independent commercial media group, establishing six radio brands, a multi‑channel digital TV service and several digital media properties. He serves on corporate boards, is a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative (Aspen Institute) and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana. He has consistently been recognised among Ghana’s top CEOs.

Ken Ansah
Ken Ansah

Board Member

Director. Ken is the Chief Operating Officer of Multimedia Group Limited and previously served as its Chief Finance Officer. A Chartered Accountant with over two decades in finance and audit, he has held leadership roles at Unilever in Ghana, South Africa and Germany. Ken holds an EMBA in International Business and an LLB from Mountcrest University College.

William Paa Kwesi Acquah
William Paa Kwesi Acquah

Board Member

Executive Assistant. Paa Kwesi joined Multimedia Group Limited in 2013 as Personal Assistant to the CEO and now provides executive support, contributing to corporate governance and organisational efficiency. He holds degrees in Social Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast and an LLB from Mountcrest University College.
